Bryce Lyons

Bryce Lyons leads FTI’s business development and sales organization to achieve strategic growth objectives.

A strategic and results-driven leader, Bryce brings more than 15 years of experience driving business development across small and mid-sized ($55M – $1B) government contractors. His expertise includes corporate scaling, building high-performing teams, and guiding companies through the transition from small to large business while consistently delivering new growth.

Prior to FTI, Bryce served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at ACT1 Federal, where he was instrumental in guiding the company’s evolution into a large business and leading its transition to a 100% employee-owned ESOP. Before ACT1, he was a Business Development Executive at Tyto Athene, a private equity–backed company with approximately 1,250 employees, where he led growth for the Air and Space Force division. He also served as Senior Director of Business Development and Operations at By Light, another private equity–backed firm with roughly 1,500 employees, where he generated more than $500 million in new business and managed an operations portfolio of 60 full-time employees.

Bryce earned a Master of Business Administration from Salem University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from West Virginia University.
