Dale Robertson

Dale Robertson, Vice President of Operations, joined FTI Defense in 2025 with a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in program management and operations. Known for innovative, collaborative, and decisive leadership, he has consistently built and led multi functional, geographically dispersed teams while strengthening customer intimacy and driving sustained business growth.

Throughout his career, Dale has shaped and implemented large scale operational strategies, guided complex program portfolios from concept to deployment to sustainment, and successfully executed continuous improvement campaigns across enterprises. His work has supported mission critical capabilities for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and a range of industry leading companies.

Prior to joining FTI, Dale held leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Continental Automotive Systems, and ICF International, as well as serving more than 20 years in the United States Air Force.

Dale’s proven leadership in complex operations, unwavering focus on customer success, and enterprise level change management expertise make him a strong and impactful addition to the FTI Defense team.
