Matt Salter joined FTI Defense in 2026 as Chief Growth Officer.

Matt is responsible for accelerating the implementation of the company’s growth strategy, maximizing the strong momentum we have built across the National Security sector, while positioning FTI Defense as a leader in data analytics, modeling and simulation, and defensive cyber domains. His focus includes increasing market share, driving revenue expansion, strengthening strategic partnerships, enhancing customer value, and executing our go-to-market efforts to ultimately generate the most value to FTI and our employees.

Matt brings extensive experience in growth leadership, products monetizing strategy, winning competitive pursuits, and building high-performing teams, having served the last 18 yrs with Noblis, most recently as Vice President and Chief Growth Officer. He holds a bachelor's degree from George Mason University.
