FTI Announces Colorado Springs Expansion

FTI is expanding its operations in Colorado Springs, establishing the Operational Research Bridge for Innovation & Technology (ORBIT Center) to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and mission partners in space-related defense and operations solutions. The new 46,000 square-foot secure facility will serve as a Center of Excellence. The expansion is expected to begin by December 31, 2024, with an investment of $15 million, creating 200 well-paying jobs.

Kay Kapoor Joins Board of Directors

FTI has appointed Kay Kapoor, an accomplished professional with a background in the defense industry and public sector, to its Board of Directors. Kay’s wealth of experience in leading technology-focused organizations serving government clients will offer valuable insights to FTI, enhancing its connections with federal government and defense industry leaders, as well as technology decision-makers. Kay is currently CEO of Arya Technologies and has also served in executive roles at AT&T, Accenture Federal Services (AFS) and Lockheed Martin.
