FTI Completes Divestiture of FTI Services Subsidiary

BEAVERCREEK, OHIO, SEPTEMBER 15, 2025 - Frontier Technology Inc. (FTI), a leading provider of mission analytics, modeling and simulation, and defensive cyber solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, today announced the successful divestiture and sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, FTI Services, to subsidiary executives.

FTI’s offerings include military mission-focused technology and products with AI/ML and cyber security embedded throughout, an end-to-end data management platform, and deep, mission-oriented technical expertise.

The FTI Services subsidiary provides commercial, non-defense customers with local network management, cabling, security management and overall IT management.

The Services subsidiary was recently identified as a non-core activity within the corporation, with limited potential for leveraging synergies with the strategic, national defense-focused efforts of FTI.

The private transaction, which closed in June, offered substantial advantages for existing FTI shareholders.
